Virginia is the author of Yes You Can! Your Roadmap to Dream, Create and Profit. She is owner of The Academy of Entrepreneurial Excellence, a part-owner of Molder Rubber and Plastics Corp, an inspirational speaker, an entrepreneurial coach, and a survivor.

She was honoured with the VIP Woman of the Year Circle of Excellence Award. She earned a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has a number of certifications.

Virginia’s aspiration to become an author, a speaker, and a coach developed from her overwhelming need to guide others to find success by showing up in their life and expecting success.
